This is full ground up restoration, over $45,000 invested in this desirable center bath 31’.
Starting from the bottom, new tires & wheels, complete brakes w/backing plates, axles, shocks. Then the belly pans removed, entire chassis was refurb and painted with POR-15.
All interior walls & cabinets removed the original floor was stripped and sanded. Next a layer of fiberglass and epoxy was applied (when looking at vintage Airstreams the floor is a major problem it is the foundation that the body depends on.) this floor will last forever water can not affect it. Next new foil insulation was added on floor, walls and entire belly pan, tanks.
The only remaining interior is the Original counter top and stainless steel dbl sink, shower stall and bath counter/cabinets.
All new copper and black pipes plumbed for safe propane use.
A new laminate wood grain floor, the Interior was replaced with real cheery wood 5 coats of marine varnish, lots of custom cabinet work.
Floor and most of the walls was insulated with hi-tech foil, an Adjustable residential shower head added.
