New hot water heater, upgraded to electric stabilizing jacks. Vintage blue awnings on both sides and back. Original tambour cabinet doors are in great shape. Replaced radio that works with interior speakers. New pex plumbing. Painted interior walls for a sleek look. Everything works! Lights are new, fans are new. All windows have been resealed and locks are functioning. This trailer is 90% complete. With a few final touches would be near perfect.
