PRICE REDUCED-----I purchased this trailer in Oct 2012 as a project and finished it in April 2013. It has had a complete rebuild, not using original Airstream parts. Practically everything inside and outside is new. ITEMS NOT REPLACED: 110 TO
12 volt converter, toilet (had been updated) all 3 holding tanks, bathroom sink cabinet, overhead cabinets with tambour doors, water heater,over kitchen sink light, roof vents. ITEMS NEW ONE YEAR AGO, INTERIOR: Bathroom sink and counter top (black mosaic tile), and faucet, shower wand and hose, faux handscraped hardwood floors (vinyl), hickory cabinets in kitchen, 6 foot laminate countertop, Moen stainless kitchen sink and faucet, 3 burner rangetop, waterlines, waterpump, installed outside shower where coach battery used to be (moved to trailer tongue, interior dividing walls between kitchen and sleeping area, both beds and memory foam mattresses, aluminum miniblinds on all windows, 80% sunscreen on all windows, screen frames paint stripped, given brushed finish and clearcoated, Dometic 6 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer propane or 110 volt, overhead L E D lighting, L E D reading lamps over both beds and 72 inch L E D lightstrip over kitchen table (spans coach side to side), dining table (mosaic tile), bentwood swivel chairs, updated (later model) guage panel. EXTERIOR: Entire surface sanded, each rivet power wirebrushed surface cleaned and Epoxy primered and painted silver, All paint products PPG. Zero maintenance. All window frames, door frame and other trim masked off and given brushed finish. all 4 tires replaced, wheel bearings cleaned and repacked with new grease seals, 2 brake shoes replaced and 2 electromagnets replaced. Alcoa aluminum rims polished, 2 six volt T105 golf cart batteries, electric tongue jack, 15' Dometic Awning with aluminum sun shield. NEW ONE MONTH AGO: Dometic Penguin Roof Air conditioner (low profile 9 1/2 inches tall. This was professionally installed at local Airstream dealer. Interior is Route 66 theme.Beautiful trailer gets lots of attention everywhere it goes. Pulls great, towed it about 10,000 miles last year. I have receipts and photos of the build that I will include with purchase. Includes weight distribution hitch.
