Selling my 3rd owner Desert Gem, Pearl, bought and lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico for all but the last 6 months. Well kept, bone dry and free from leaks. All original interior, Gaucho’s front and side. Dometic 2 way fridge, element replaced, wicked cold, on both electric and gas. 4 burner range, works well. Roof ac unit replaced around 2010, cools great and heat strip functions well. Gas furnace does not function, not sure why. We use a small ceramic heater, even when 35 outside keeps interior 65 plus. Interior is In good shape, exterior has shows road use appropriate for its age. I will include the polishing kit to make the exterior shine. New Freestar ST235/75R15 radials last spring, brakes and bearings inspected in June. Include both the Owners Manual and Service Manual. Tows very well, stops great. Towed it from New Mexico to Virginia last spring, wouldn’t hesitate to cross the country tomorrow
