2, 3500 pound axles, tires, brakes, bearings, shocks, 4 stabilizer jacks with pads and crank handles. Brake wiring in conduit, brake away switch.
2 propane tanks, cut off valves to appliances, regulator, clamp, hoses, and flex connection. Tongue jack and ball latch. Door, window, access door weather seals and screens. Black and grey water dump valves and plumbing. All copper removed and replaced with Pex. Shower valve, bath faucet, toilet. 30 amp shore power, and 120V breaker box, 120 watt solar panel mounted on the rooftop.
2 single mattresses with pads, sheets and pillow cases. 6 gallon DSI water heater, new refrigerator/freezer, new oven and range top with pezo igniter, furnace, water pump, AC unit, 2 Fantastic fan reversible roof vents, 1 non-fan roof vent, bathroom fan roof vent. Propane detector and thermostat.
All cabinets from the the bedroom bulkhead to front windows are custom made, drawers have full extension guides. Solid maple counter tops, cutting board, and table. Table drops to form double bed. All windows have roller shades. Custom upholstered cushions in the bench seating area and pillows. Waterproof heavy duty vinyl floor.
Exterior light lenses and reflectors, new awning fabric and exterior newly polished!
We retrofitted the tambour door cabinets over and under the twin beds. We kept the original clock over the table and the control panel in the cabinet over the oven.
Slight damage to the front roadside upper corner (see photo) and slight hail damage to back corners. Otherwise exterior skin in very good condition. Polished out well. Re-painted blue stripe in exterior moldings,emblem and lettering.
