1976 Airstream Argosy 24 - North Carolina

Title: 1976 Airstream Argosy 24 - North Carolina
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

Reason for selling: I am trying to raise cash so I can purchase a restaurant that is closing in town.

I love this trailer. It's one of a kind and I'll bet you won't find another one like it. I found a few years ago from a great guy in DE to seems to get a hold of lot's of these things. It was in EXCELLENT shape when I got it considering its age.

Over the next 2 years, I spent meticulously redesigning & retrofitting it into a food truck. The inside is now 50/50 new and original. I only changed the things I had to for the health department, the rest left in it's original beauty. The triple wash sink I cut into the original counter and kept the same overhead bins, just installing new clear plastic sliding doors on them for easy access.

The walls, shelving, bathroom, counter, and side table are all original and are in great shape. The oven/range was the only thing I bought in used condition, but that works just fine. Runs on LP gas. So does the water heater.

I had started this food truck business, Veg2Bowl, along with another business. They both grew quite well, but at one point I had to pick one and scale that. One company I was able to sell products all over the globle, and the other was one meal at a time. Now that I have that one going a bit on autopilot, I am looking to scale up my farm-to-table model that originally started out as a farm to food truck model, where I grow all my own greens and turn them into meals. Sort of a local, fresh version of Blue Apron.

Heres a little more detail on the trailer:

24 foot long.

Logo is magnetic - so no repainting necessary.

Has bathroom, radio player w/ in-wall speakers, led lighting & is solar ready.

Here is all the things I've added to it. These are all 'new' except for the oven.

SS table

Batteries 2x Trojan Deep Cycle

Water tank

Triple Drop Sink

Plumbing - Pex

Inverter & DC box (Tripp Lite)
