Rear bath, twin middle, futon front. Purchased in 2014, to our knowledge we are 3rd owner. Multiple cross state trips. Tows like a dream. Very neutral/light colors scheme. Perfect size camper for a family, small enough to stay in national park campgrounds. Excellent Condition. Spare tire. Many updates. New awning 2017. New cabinetry with pull outs. Butcher block countertop, sink and new plumbing, refrigerator/freezer. New fabric panels along twin beds. Replaced original gaucho with Ikea futon, comfortable memory foam mattress. Clear coat removed, polished and shined up by Woodland Airstream Grand Rapids, MI in 2016. White paint sealant applied to roof, new caulking, new paint detail work and all lights updated and working. New vinyl plank flooring. New light covers. New curtains. Replaced all window shades keeping original dowels. All screens in wonderful shape, all windows work. Features 3 Vista View windows (do have the UV film deteriorating as is common with these windows but lots of light still shines through). No leaks. We have all keys. Original shined up propane tanks. Power hitch. Brakes inspected, wheel bearing repacked, LP line checked and repaired. Frame in great shape, reinforced in rear to prevent sag. Used convection oven/microwave. Lots of storage. Air conditioner, furnace, toilet, water all work great.
