Title: 1975 Airstream Argosy 24 - Wyoming
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
1975 Airstream Argosy. It was updated in 2011 with new Dometic air conditioner, by-pass water pump, power converter, power jack, water tank monitor and battery. It has a propane gas oven/range and heater, but you can run the refrigerator on propane or electric and use the electricity from a RV site hook up to power all of the electric devices including the heaters. It comes with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV with DVD player, stereo tuner/speakers, Digital HDTV over air antenna and cable TV hookups. Vinyl floor tile was installed as well as bamboo wallpaper. It has 2 closets, lots of overhead storage and a new aluminium storage box attached to the back. All of the original paperwork is available, including the manuals and handbooks. The original 1975 fixtures include the Dometic Refrigerator, oven/range, furnace, toilet/shower, counters, and all tanks, fresh, grey and black. Right now it sleeps two. It does need some minor work (window seals on curved glass, fogged curved window, faded trim, dings, replace a window screen) and we but in a deadbolt lock instead of replacing the original Airstream lock. All of these minor repairs do not prevent you from using it right now. We have not used it for a 1 1/2 years, but we used it tons, drove to Colorado and texas many times and even took it for an east coast excursion lasting a month.
