My full time job is doing any and all types of home improvement. My hobby or my passion is restoring old 1940s and '50s trucks, taking them apart down to the frame and bringing them back to better than original condition. My wife and I had talked about Airstreams for a long time so when we found this one not far from home, thinking I already had all the tools needed for a project like this, we decided to start out on this restoration journey. We now know how very easy it is to get hooked on vintage Airstreams. We love this trailer but since it is only the two of us with limited time to travel, we have decided a smaller version would be better for us which is why we are selling this beauty.
