1974 Airstream Overlander 27 - Texas

Title: 1974 Airstream Overlander 27 - Texas
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

1974 Airstream Overlander International Land Yacht 27 ft; 4,570 lbs
Has rare rear double bed – center bath configuration, sleeps two comfortably, front gaucho couch converts to full size bed. All interior and exterior trim has been replaced including J-channel along ceilings and wall. Custom curtains and vinyl floor new; all window seals and screens replaced. All tambour doors refurbished/rebuilt and operational.
Original Coleman A/C freezes us out; original Dometic refrigerator/freezer runs on elec and propane; appliances all in good working order, four new 10-ply tires installed this past summer; 45-gallon freshwater tank; 20-gallon black water tank has been replaced and tanks have new valves, also has a 20-gallon auxiliary (gray water) tank. Two 10-gallon aluminum propane bottles, polished. Has a replaced power converter, deep cell gel battery, water heater, and water pump. Power tongue lift, Reese hitch with stabilizers; electric brakes. Original Zip Dee awning is operational and intact. New stone shield. Garage storage last two years. Was professionally polished 5 years ago and was re-polished within last year, Cyclo dual-orbital polisher and polishing kit included. Axles were repacked 5 years ago, so those may need to be done soon.
Options for a complete Tailgate Package:
Two Honda 2000i inverter generators with tandem hookup (4KW total, needed to run A/C) and 6 gallon aux gas tank with gas lines and caps to generators. $2K
Dish Tailgater antenna and receiver box. $200. you will need to activate a Dish account.

Really like your Airstream. I am sure you will get several inquiries. I am just now starting to look at what is on the market and will not be in a position to make any offers until after the first of the year. If your unit is still available at that time, I would very much like to talk with you further. All the best in your endeavor to sell. It deserves to go to a home that will treat it with the same respect you have obviously given it during its tenure with you.
