The exterior skins are in good shape, although she could use a good polish. A few small cosmetic scratches and dents do exist on the exterior. The interior skins do show the remnants of 50 years of rivet repair as well as the removal of the plastic interior sheeting. The bathroom walls are unpainted/ unfinished. The original awning was removed. No awning. The front door does shift occasionally within the threshold, requiring a bit of counter pressure to reposition. The door is fully functional. A new door lock is needed.
