1973 Airstream Sovereign 31 - New Brunswick

Title: 1973 Airstream Sovereign 31 - New Brunswick
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

1973 31' Airstream Sovereign Land Yacht with rear bath and twin beds in the middle. We purchased and renovated this airstream in June of 2017 and then travelled over 30,000 kms from Maine to California to Florida over the winter. We repaired the frame and replaced the plywood with 3/4 plywood floor in 80% of the trailer, painted the walls, installed new kitchen cupboards on both sides with a butcher block counter top, installed a new three burner propane stove and a used three way fridge in excellent condition, and put the original double sink back in. The twin beds are original but we changed one side to a single size mattress instead of the foam. We installed an IKEA day bed at the entrance to the Airstream which we use as a couch during the day and it pulls out to a queen size bed at night. We made a foam piece to fit so it's convertible. We installed new flooring throughout the entire trailer. 80% is a waterproof laminate lifeproof hardwood floor and the bathroom area is vinyl cushion floor. We also installed all new pipes from the water tank, kitchen sink to the black water tank. The original pipes are still in place from the tub and toilet to the sewer drain and are working well. We installed a new fresh water tank and water pump. The washroom is original except is partially painted white. We did not buff the outside however we did re-seal all of the seams and windows and pop out many of the dents that were in it when we purchased it. Everything is in working order in the bathroom and you can use this Airstream right away.It has a ton of space and is fantastic to tow. Very lightweight. We towed it all over the California mountains with a Ford Expedition! It comes with everything I've mentioned including two propane tanks just filled, hot water heater, mattresses, fridge, stove, new curtains. Does not come with blankets, dishes, pots or pans.
Registered in Canada. Located in Southern New Brunswick. Will deliver for a price to anywhere in North America. Priced at $15,000 USD or $18,000 CAD OBO. Email or call to view.
