Title: 1973 Airstream Overlander 27 - Colorado
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
Selling our 1973 Overlander. We have owned it for a year but just don't have the time to use it like we had planned.
Interior:
New laminate floors
Custom birch and maple cabinetry throughout
Full size bed
Dinette with removable leaf
Original stove/oven. Both work great
Original fridge/freezer-works great
New propane heater
A/C works great
All electrical in working order
Brand new battery
All propane systems in working order
Lots of storage!
The bathroom is currently mostly ripped out. The toilet is still in place. It is ready for someone to remodel however they would like! We never got the time to finish it. Because of this, the plumbing is not currently hooked up due to plumbing in bathroom needing installation finished first. We do think the hot water heater may need to be replaced.
*Buyer will need to have knowledge/skills in PEX and basic plumbing to get bathroom finished*
Exterior:
Body is in great condition
Windows could use to be resealed. Though, they do not leak
Tires in good shape
New tandem torsion axel and brake system new
Awning in great shape
Clean CO title in hand.
