1971 Airstream

We have only had this beauty for a year parked in our yard the entire time but have decided to let it go since we have never taken it to our land like we originally intended. We have switched gears all together so would like to sell it rather than let it sit unloved. This Airstream is particularly special because all the interior plumbing and electric has been completely redone, the hardest and most important parts to work on, which is why we purchased it. There are only the fun cosmetic changes left to do and make it your own. Here is everything that was done by the previous owner who had taken excellent care of it:
replaced all the old copper plumbing with PEX
most all of the plumbing fixtures were replaced
the toilet was replaced
installed a Girard on demand hot water heater
installed two air conditioners, one is a heat pump and the other just an air conditioner
the old gas heater was removed due to the heat pump a/c and an electric space heater has been enough for any winter camping
installed a Fan tastic fan in the bathroom
all 4 steel wheels were replaced
in 2017, installed a new 21 ft. Carefree awning
in 2019, replaced the brakes and two Dexter axles were installed that were purchased from Inland RV
the trailer only has a black water tank, with no gray water tank
all interior and exterior lights were replaced with LEDs
the old Univolt inverter was replaced with a 40 amp Progressive Dynamics power inverter, and since the fuses were inside the old inverter, a new fuse box was installed with the inverter
the trailer was polished in 2018
We purchased this in 2023 and did the following:
installed a 32 TV
installed a new Frigidaire refrigerator
installed new twin mattresses
have almost completed laying down adhesive vinyl floors
