This trailer is in great condition. I've updated the inside. Improvements include: vinyl tile in the bathroom. Pulled out old carpet and installed laminate wood flooring. Slip covered couches, which is removable for washing. I made the pillows and curtains. I put coordinating bedding on the beds. Everything stays with the camper. I only want a couple of the shams back. I also put a new fridge in with a microwave on top of it.
Most Everything works except the heater. The pilot light comes on but no heater. I don't know how to work on it. The air blows cool. It may need a recharging. All the lights work. The plumbing works for the most part. There is a small leak under the sink. I have not been able to unstick the shower knob. It needs new tires. I have someone who can do it.
