Trailer in good to fair gutted condition. Shell in relatively good condition, with a few extra rivet holes from awnings (not available). Clear title. Tows well. Includes new Dometic 13.5K A/C with heat, new front rock guard, new tandem wheel wells (uninstalled), like-new Nature's Head composting toilet. Previous owners started a rear sub-floor repair, but did not complete. Available in Minneapolis. Terms: Cash Only.
