Fun project! Labor of love, but family medical issues will not allow me to finish this project. Full exterior polish restoration is complete. New installed items are as follows,
dometic a/c unit, 2 Fan-tastic fans, bathroom exhaust fan, skylight, furrion tv/sat inlet and 30amp power inlet, city water inlet, watertank fill inlet, led running light, led taillights and backup lights with new housing and lenses, license plate light, 7 pin trailer inlet with cord, power jack plus many more extra's! Finish shelled out inside to your liking!

I don't want to waste your time but are you willing to work on the price. We live in Delaware. Not sure if you would be willing to go to $7,000. Before I forget to ask, is the trailer towable? Does it have brakes?
