Repainted interior floor to ceiling and includes bathroom and shelves/drawers. Plumbing works in the bathroom sink and shower but needs some upgrades for the kitchen sink. Hot water heater works great. Working, cold refrigerator and freezer. Custom table and chairs included. Matching futon for the living area doubles as a bed.
