1967 Airstream Safari 22 - Arizona

Title: 1967 Airstream Safari 22 - Arizona
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

We purchased this little beauty from a couple in Palm Springs who started the restoration process to live their dream of travel around the country. Sadly, he got ill and their priorities changed. We have owned her for about 14 months. When we got her, there was new Electrical, new plumbing, and new A/C already installed. A separate gray water tank was added giving her both Black and Gray water holding tanks, and a fresh water tank as well. In the first 6 months we had her, we did over $10k of improvements:
1. New Inverter
2. New Whitewall Trailer Tires
3. Wheel Bearings Packed
4. New 30lb. Propane Tanks Polished
5. New T.V. and DVD player installed
6. New Refridgerator (dual fuel) and painted to match décor
7. Original Magic Chef Stove professionally restored and full functional
8. Professionally Polished.
9. Bathroom was professionally refiberglassed and Tub reinforced with new layers of fiberglass.
10. NEW Marmoleum Flooring in vintage style
11. NEW Formica Counter tops and table top with Vintage style
12. Airstream Bar Conversion
13. Microwave installed in Closet
14. New Furnace

All window are fully functional with original Corning Glass. Upholstery was redone by the seller with Matching Curtains.

Trailer is 51 years old and body does have some blemishes but overall, very pretty and shiny with only a few dents here and there but nothing that detracts from her overall vintage style.

We are only letting her go because we have a salvage rig as a new project. But more importantly, due to a new addition to the family we need a bit more room in the trailer so we have acquire a bigger rig.

Pics do not do justice. (Not sure why some pics are upside down.....I tried to fix...sorry)

This rig is full of charm with a total vintage/retro feel!!!
