UPDATE - Price just dropped from $12,999 to $9,999 and we will consider offers. We own a business and my husband works full time job in addition to helping at our business, we simply do not have the time to finish this project. Our loss, your gain.
Exterior:
- Clear coat has been removed and it is Partially polished. We are including the Dewalt polisher and the CYCLO polisher along with the remaining Nuvite polishing compounds and supplies so that you may finish the job yourself.
- New 13,500 btu A/C Unit was installed 7/23/19 Very Cold air
- New Tires (4) installed 7/23/19
- New power jack in box - needs installed
- All windows are intact and function with new rubber seals in 2015.
- Also have brand new clear rock guard for front window new in box, only opened for purpose of taking picture, see photos. You will need to install the rock guard yourself.
- 2 vents/ fans.
- Original sky light cover was damaged (we still have it) but we have the new replacement.
- 2 propane tanks - currently not hooked up
- New Stove vent cover and pipe covers were installed.
- All exterior trim and words / metal signs are present.
- Original Exterior marker lights have been removed and brand new LED lights and covers are new in package and ready to be installed once polishing is completed.
- Original License Plate Light is present but we have a brand new one in package ready to be installed after polishing is completed
- Brake lights and turn signals work perfectly
- Exterior outlet works perfect
- Does have Hail Damage on top
- We have the keys to unlock the outside compartments
- 4 moon hubcaps are rusty but present.
Interior:
- August 2019 Brand New Full Size futon mattress in Side Sleeping area. Makes a couch or full size bed.
- Original front couch / Sleeping area - also pulls out for additional sleeping - a little lumpy- buts it is present.
- 7/24/19 New Magic Chef Dorm size refrigerator from Home Depot - all electric. We removed the original refrigerator and the new one is sitting in the space. Will need a little woodworking to modify the gaps.
- Original Magic Chef Oven
- Original 3 stove top burners
- Electric interior lights and outlets work
- Main water holding tank has a crack - unable to test water- new tank can be ordered. There is floor rot there and I'm assuming it from the crack in the tank.
- New Curtains
- Bathroom is all original
- Soft spot in the floor just inside the door - can be patched
We have the original manual.
We also have the original Registration with the owners name on it which is pretty cool
