1967 Airstream Ambassador 28 - Michigan
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
Originally from Arizona. Our vintage Airstream 27-foot trailer used as a diner and bunk house wants to be on the road again and needs some TLC! All installed parts are original and mostly in good working condition: propane stove/oven, all electrical, doors and windows. Interior walls are beige. Mostly wood trim and cabinets in good condition. We used this for years while we built a yurt and cabin and compost toilet. Exterior shell is in good condition compared to most vintage Airstreamers. Small dents, one small sidewall repair, rust on stairs. Maintenance done: Rubber painted the roof. Resealed and caulked some windows. Replaced vent caps.
Awning and roller not installed but included. Furnace does not work. Did not use water system / pump.
Began restoration of rotted floor. Water damage along back wall and by door. Underbelly may need work. Removed couch and kept the frame and all storage bins for reuse. Call to discuss use of parts or purchase as is.
