Title:
1956 Airstream Cruiser/Overlander 26 - Oregon
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
I am selling my
1956 Airstream Overlander. It is a California model with the unique "whale tail" rear paneling. It is also a rare tandem axle; it pulls like a dream! The body is pretty straight with minimal dents (no major body damage). I had the interior gutted out completely because unfortunately, it was in bad condition and needed to go. I also removed most of the interior paint from the inner paneling, including the ugly carpeting that was glued to the interior walls in the rear of the trailer where the bed used to be. I spent more than an entire summer stripping paint and glue, so that the beautiful aluminum interior can shine through. This is a really special trailer, that has a lot of potential. It has the Wally Byam's Caravan plaque on the front with the WBCCI # 626. The VIN number is 6606. I have a clean title in hand. Please contact me if you are interested. Thanks
I will get some interior and close up photos uploaded ASAP :)
