I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
This is a trailer that was on a piece of vacant land I purchased last year. The previous owner used it as a weekend getaway, and it was under a roof for the last 20 years. It was painted with a gray waterproofing paint which is peeling in places. The inside is good, with nice birch cabinetry, just needs to be cleaned up. It has the original Dixie stove. The refrigerator works but the handle is broken. Kitchen countertops are all good condition. Flooring seems to be solid, just needs new floor covering. The outside has some minor dents but is solid.
