Overview As found had floor rot limited to area around doorway. Was missing the L-77, found one here on the Forum. Shell was very oxidized and has "beauty marks" from years of use. Was missing original door step, had to fabricate a new one from scratch. Frame was rust free, but some outriggers had been damaged from previous tire blowouts.

I am in the process of installing custom made louvered vent for the refrigerator (to hide damage to the skin from the door hitting the side of the trailer). The first two passes of polishing have been done. I have to finish polishing with Nuvite polish.

As found the trailer had most of the original cabinetry. Original wood was mahogany, pickling stain from the factory. It had been painted over by PO. I have re-built the dinette, the dresser, the side bed and a cabinet for the refrigerator with a hidden compartment for a flat screen TV/stereo. Used formica boomerang pattern for both the kitchen and the bathroom counters. The trailer came with none of the original lighting fixtures.

Mohagany dresser top finished with envirotex.

Systems and Running Gear
Things still left to be done. Plumbing and electrical. I am going to use the Curve port a potty since the coach came with no black tank and I don't want one. Still have to update the trailer brakes, install new belly pan and plumb propane lines.

Tow Vehicle
2000 Toyota Tundra.
