Overview Purchased it in 1996 on a trip through NC when we saw it parked in front of a filling station.
Refurbished of the course of 5 years.
Made two cross-country, round trips from NC to NM and back and a third when we moved to NM.
Sold it in 2001.
Interior
Removed original carpet.
Installed high quality vinyl flooring throughout
Removed mouse nests in furnace ducting
Installed new ducting throughout
Removed old drapes
Traveled to Florida to pick up custom made drapes
Installed new twin mattresses
Installed new water pump
Had gaucho reupholstered
Installed microwave
