10. Replaced original Magic Chef cook-top/oven combo unit with an Amana 3-burner LPG cook-top
11. Installed 1400-watt Microwave/convection oven combo unit
12. Installed XM-radio that feeds into Kenwood unit
13. Installed a 12vDC powered 22" LCD HiDef flat screen w/built-in DVD player (standby DVD player)
14. Stainless steel kitchen sink faucet with spray hose
15. Removed PO carpet and installed easy-to-clean Bamboo laminate floors fore/aft

18. Replace PO water heater with a Dual Source (LPG/110vAC) 6-gal Atwood unit with remote control switch mounted in bathroom. Installed by-pass loop for winterizing system.

Tow Vehicle
1999 Suburban - Engine: modified with a "stroker kit" punching-out displacement from 350 to 383cu.in. Modified chip to enhance towing performance. Installed stainless steel headers for better air flow. Installed Flow-Max intake and Power-Aid throttle body for higher performance. Dual 12vdc batteries. Extra large oil and transmission coolers. Rebuilt transmission with Corvette tranny components to enhance towing performance. Dynometer measures 340hp at rear wheels at 5,000-feet MSL. Gabriel gas shocks and 3/4ton rear end leaf springs. Very little squat with 600# tongue weight.
