Just a little spit and shine and that's the way we are keeping her. No major leaks, just the usual tub rail leak in the rear, but no separation.
Interior
Center bath, rear twins, and side goucho up front. Still has all of the 70's interior including the working 8-track tape player and corner "lounge". Only missing the curtains when we bought her. Kid #4 found a box with all of the Nutone Kitchen Center attachments that the seller didn't know they had. It's been an adventure so far.
Customization
Removed the twin beds and now working on some floor replacement and then will be installing 2 sets of triple stack "submarine" style bunks in the rear. The kids got the idea from a Mariner's Museum exhibit. Love that they love history.
Systems and Running Gear
Replaced all lighting inside and out with new LED bulbs including the front and rear shell accent lighting, and installed a WFCO-9855 inverter in place of the blown Univolt. Rebuilt the furnace and had to build a new cover since the seller said the furnace didn't work. The Armstrong Bay Breeze A/C fired right up after cleaning the 44 years of dust and dirt from the coils inside and up top. Will need to make a new shroud out of fiberglass.
