The outside also needs a lot of TLC or a miracle! The previous owners used it for a hunting camp and didn't bother to take care of it a tad!

I've been asking myself WHY did I buy this AS because its in horrible shape. I love the cabinets, the old tub and shower the twin beds, but I'll have to remove it all to fix the rotten floor.
