Overview This old girl was lovingly restored by a maticulous craftsman. Other than stove and sink the entire interior is new. We bought her 4 years ago, and set her up on a creek lot about 3 years ago. Our family has too many other interest to enjoy her. We’ve only stayed one weekend, so it’s time for someone else to enjoy her. Everything is in great working order as far as we know.
Exterior

Bunk room has a locked hatch opening with a ladder so you could sunbathe or install solar panels on top. No major dents or scratches.

We had seller install a new refrigerator, heating and air, custom blinds, and new axle and tires. We also had an upholster make custom cushions and mattresses. Built in cooler under section next to door.

Kids will love the bunk room. Special touches to the bunks, shelves, and a small bistro table with seating.
