More pics of my '64 Sov

Serial number: 141 S7040 6311
Manufactured in CA

Serial # plate

curbside, from front

front

streetside, front (forgive the temporary tarp)

streetside, from rear

Outer shell needs some TLC, but overall it looks like it's held up pretty well!

I realize this thread is 2 1/2 years old but I was excited when I found out the Airstream I recently inherited has such a unique feature in the street side jalousie windows. Mine is also a '64 Sovereign. I will look tonight at the title for manufacture info.

Question '64 sovereign

Hi, I also, just purchased a can of worms!!! What do you have on the front window? Is that a shade inside? And if so how is it mounted?Jackie

Much time has passed since original post here, but in case you remain on this forum, letting you know that we have much in common.
My '64 Sovereign (purchased early this year) was just behind yours in production in CA as the serial no. shows it no. I42 S 7077. Pretty neat, yes? I'd sure love an update on your progress, especially since I'm just starting restoration. Fortunately, mine remains unaltered from original with most everything intact.
Would you post some pics or contact me?
Thanks!
Lori
