Workamping Opportunity At Penn Wood Airstream Park

The board of directors of the Penn Wood Airstream Park in Limestone, PA is looking for some Airstreamers interested in a Workamper opportunity at our beautiful Airstream Park.

We’re looking for Airstream owners with special skills, interests, or hobbies that would aid in park operation such as plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc. Previous employment as a Workamper would be a plus.

The time commitment would be for a four (4) week period and may be extended if it is agreeable with both parties. We are looking for forty (40) hours per week per couple or thirty (30) hours per week for a single Workamper. This may include weekends and holidays. Time off may include two (2) or three (3) weekdays. Days off will be agreed upon by the Workamper(s) and the president of the board of directors.

Duties include, but are not limited to office duties, checking guests in and out of the park, taking reservations, light cleaning duties, including restrooms and showers, painting, park landscaping, grass cutting, trimming, light maintenance and repair.

In exchange you will receive a full hookup site for your Airstream that includes, 30 amp, water, electric, sewer, digital cable, and wireless Internet. The site will be assigned by the president of the board of directors. You will also get one propane fill per four (4) week period (forty (40) pounds max per four (4) week period) and $5.00 laundry credit per week.

The Workampers do not have to be members of WBCCI, but are welcome to join the Pennsylvania Unit WBCCI. Workampers will also be invited to take part in all park rallies, activities, and social gatherings. The Workampers may not be a member of the Penn Wood Campground Association while they are workamping.

Interested parties should contact me via PM.
