2013 30' Classic has cracked fluorescent light covers

Has anyone experienced this? The bathroom light cover was cracked before I took delivery of the trailer. The living room light cover is cracked now.

No we haven't seen that is ours but did have to replace the tubes in two of the lights. I am sure that the warranty will cover them but what made them crack is the issue. Other than that have you experienced any other problems?
We love our 2012, 27FB.

I have to tighten the soap dispensers and sprayer after every trip. We got to Texas and found dish washing liquid all over the floor and in the cabinets, and when I turned on the kitchen faucet water went everywhere. One of the upholstery buttons on the back of the dinette was broken and the base boards in the bedroom and bathroom were never nailed in at the factory. Airstream sent me some light covers and upholstery buttons and a nail gun! I nailed the base boards in and sent the nail gun back to Airstream.

I had to have this fixed by my dealer. I believe they just tightened the dispensers and sprayer somewhat.

I would definitely have the tires and wheels balanced to be sure you are not getting unnecessary vibration.

I have discovered that the soap dispensers and sprayer can be tightened a little after every trip. I have worked this into my before travel and after travel routine. We don't want blue stuff all over the floor again. I don't think I have a tire balance issue because the trailer rides too smooth. The trailer rides better than the truck. Also I don't see any wear on the tires. On my previous trailer the tires wore unevenly. I put new 8-ply radial tires on it, balanced the wheels, and snugged down the bearings one notch on the curb side. That made all the difference in the world. That having been said, the Airstream still tows better than that.
