What is the insulation material used around tanks?

My wife and I had a strange leak when we decided to drain the gray and black tanks last fall. Water came out just behind the rear tire area and I'm concerned about wet insulation around the tanks. I am curious what material is used on my 2013 flying cloud.

On our 1981 sovereign the tanks were wrapped in pink insulation like you would find in the walls of the average house. I'm assuming that on our 2013 flying cloud that the insulation would be foam sheeting of some sort. Can anyone confirm that? TIA

Styrofoam only in the tank pans. No worries about soaked insulation, because....there really isn't any insulation in the tanks. The Styrofoam is just there to limit motion of the tanks...as in a spacer. There is zero insulative value in the pans.
