Blown hitch fuse?

For some reason, my hitch lift stopped working and the light doesn’t work. I have seen blown fuses before but I’m not sure about this. Can anyone tell me if this is blown based on the picture. If it isn’t blown, any suggestions. I hitched to my truck drove a couple of miles in the rain and now I don’t have any power on the lift. If this helps, I have a 2015 25’ flying cloud. Thank you for any input. Click image for larger version

Only way to be sure is with a ohmmeter. That said, it’s showing signs of overload, so a new one is in order. The melted silver metal is from the slow blow element being overheated

Do NOT hit the up-down bump stops.
That's the reason for the slow-blo fuse. The motor's trying but the gear stop 'sez no.

Make sure the wiring harness that runs under the LP cover has not shorted.

Double check your three mounting bolts. The jack gets its ground through the frame connection. Only 15 to 20 foot pounds of torque though.

Make sure you get the correct slow blow fuse.

Our 2014 FC20 hitch jack uses this fuse FWIW:

This spec may not be the correct one for your trailer.

Good luck,
