Storing for winter

I wrapped up use of my 2014 International , onyx edition for the next 6 months. Have it winterized, cleaned, etc. when I left campsite yesterday, I drained all tanks and did a flush on the sewer system. I then ran a bit of water into the toilet, added a deodorizer pack and then some antifreeze. My instrument panel though said I still had 20% in my black tank which didn't make sense. Any thoughts on what I did wrong or perhaps need to do at this point? Hate to have to go load it yo again and take it somewhere, but may be necessary. I am a novice to this and still learning so any advice is greatly appreciated.

There is always a chance the calibration is wrong in the monitor system. A flashlight shining down the open toilet should let you see if anything remains in the black tank. It sounds to me like you did everything correctly, so I suspect you will be alright. But check anyhow!
