Custom modifications on International 27

Has anyone had any dealings with Capital City Customs in Raleigh, NC? I contacted them for ways to place 2 zero degree recliners in place of 66" sofa. After outlining, photographing, and measuring what I wanted, they never responded. Didn't even say they weren't interested. They advertise in Blue Beret. Would anyone have suggestion of someone with this expertise? Needs to be on East Coast. Thanks.

I don't know if you ever got a response from them but I have called them - no answer, left voicemail - no return call. Emailed them several time - no response. They may be good but I will never find out

I tried to get in touch with them last year to get a quote on some custom electrical work and they never responded. However, several people in our club/unit use them regularly for maintenance and rave about the quality of their work. Apparently, they stay very, very busy. If you live over there, perhaps you could stop by?

No matter how busy a business is they should respond to inquires from a potential customer. I doubt that I will attempt to deal with them again. If they are this slack before the sale I don't want to find out how they are after the sale.
