Unfortunately that would be the button that means you know what all that means.

For the quick and dirty explanation see:
PNG
Photoshop
TIFF

Essentially, the key part is enough dots (pixels) for a smooth image at full size and lossless format. The emphasis is on image quality vs small file size.

Large file=high quality image
Small file=low quality. Usually what you see on the web or get emailed to you. See JPEG and GIF. Not that these formats have no place, just that print is not it.

I know that there is a ton of info at these links, but that really is the lite version.

Fortunately, most people don't need to know this.

Oh, and solo streamer too. Looking at that explanation, there may be a reason for that.

Carol, we may have to arrange a west coast rally. Central New York is a bit far to go to meet singles, even if they do have Airstreams. I will be at Burningman, along with quite a few other streamers. Maybe that would be a good venue.

Solo Streamers.........

I'd be interested in joining the band of marauders. I have never owned an A/S or gone camping before but am looking for an A/S to purchase now. My wife won't go so I am a solo with a dog and would like to travel with a group where I am not a third wheel.

Third Wheelers might be another group nomenclature to describe the composition of the traveling posse. I am assuming you don't have to be single (as in not married) to join and socialize.

Is this correct?

Not going to discriminate against couples.

Well, I for one wont be discriminating against those weirdos who travel in pairs so long as they aren't harming animals or children (is that redundant?). I figure this is still the US of A and each to his own, no matter how misguided they may be.

If someone comes up with a new spot to try out, I will be there with my two dogs whenever somebody wants to plan it. Let me know, OK?

As a solo 'streamer I am in as long as it's close and I have enough advance notice to attend any single 'streamer rally. Someplace on the "left coast" would be good since NY is a bit far right now. I have 'streamed solo-solo for some time. It might be good to meet up with like minded solo 'streamers. :-)

Maybe I'll just organise something myself in the PNW (Pacific Northwest) , hmmmmmm..........
