I have never had luck when I submitted anything via Airstreams contact form.

I have used e-mail to query Airstream on a couple of occasions. Despite very clear unit description, VIN number, and narrowly phrased question, it took a couple of days to get a general, off-target response on the first reply. Ask for an appropriate escalation to service or parts and the necessary help will eventually be found after a week or so.

I have sent a couple of emails, did receive a response but it took a while. I called and spoke to the person I needed, got the requested information in a couple of minutes.
