If sell AS can the existing BRN be transferred to new now we?

It's not wise to use acronyms in your posts if you want others to know what you're trying to say. What's a BRN?

The BRN is ‘your’ number in the club. You buy a new camper, you’re still the person who has that number (assuming your membership is up to date). If your membership lapses, after a period of time, someone else could register that number.

BRN is the Big Red Number, the WBCCI membership number that goes on your Airstream. (While I agree that acronyms can lead to confusion when not everyone knows them, BRN is an Airstream-specific acronym and would make sense to use in this forum.)

Yes, the BRN goes with you not the Airstream. If you buy a used Airstream that has BRN on it, that number does not automatically register to you if you join the WBCCI. You can request the number, but it may still be in use, or got assigned to someone else already.

We requested my parents BRN when we joined the Club. Since it had not been assigned, and my parents were deceased, we got it. I'd like to think they'd be pleased.
If you buy a trailer with BRN on it, be aware they are difficult to remove without "ghosting". Some people request a number with the BRN that's there as part of the new one so they don't have to remove the old one.
I know this isn't exactly what you asked about, but figured others would be reading too and might like the info.
