This one was featured on one of the trailer TV shows a couple of years ago. Very nice conversion.

The acoustic foam on the walls is pretty hilarious considering the walls themselves are only 3" thick (you can whisper through them). Yes its cutting reflections of highs, but...

Just closing the loop on the Mutual of Omaha PA on eBay. It did sell on the last day as a Buy it Now for $70,000.
