Opinions on this 1969 Ambassador, Please

On my local marketplace. I’m really hoping for a twin model, the layout of this one is perfect but the seller said the bathroom floor slopes about 1” and he thinks a cross brace needs repaired. Is this indicative of a rear end separation? I’m a newbie, hoping some of you pros could take a look and let me know your thoughts on value and potential problems. Thank you!
