Appreciate your comments on this 1981 Excella II

New to the forum and RV'ing. Always loved seeing AIRSTREAMS and now retired. Spent a lot of my life on USN submarines -- so an AIRSTREAM will feel appropriately uncomfortable for me. Considering a 1980's model, can't afford the old or newer and 24-28 feet feels good for us. Spoke to the owner of this listing and would like your opinions. He says everything works, parents owned since new, needs new tires and freshening/cleaning.

Did you buy it? I have an 81 Excella II center bath and we love it.
