Yes indeed, it does have a soft floor. I looked at that unit back in August when the original owners were trying to sell it.
Big sag in the floor in front of the door (where they had left the WD hitch sitting) and wet underneath the vinyl floor behind the dinette. No smoky smell, but was kinda mildewy smelling, with some spots of mildew on the fuzzy wall lining.
It's a rare trailer (supposedly they only built 16 in this floorplan) and it looks OK on the surface, but like the listing says, it needs some work.
