This has not been restored, mearly the interior has been partially redecorated. To me "restored" means, new axels, if needed, frame is in good repair/condition, plumbing, electrical, strutural and mechanical does not need any repairs, no leaks, and so on. If any Airstream has been recently restored, it should not need anything major for at least 10-15 years.

When you open the for sale listing and read further it points out that the trailer has been partially (80%) restored with all new mechanicals. It sounds like the axles are part of the un-restored 20% along with new flooring in the bathroom and exterior polish.
