Caution!!! No reserve auction on a valuable trailer. Requires bank transfer. New ebayer -- no history. Wonder who it really belongs to? Has CA tag but is in AZ. Doesn't comment on the title!

THIS IS A SCAM. this was my trailer. they used word for word my desciption and everything. it was sold to its new loving home NOT IN AZ. these people must be stopped. i guess i need to contact EBAY. anyone have a good ebay contact?

Wasn't this one sold on eBay last month? We were watching for a friend, who really wanted one that was gutted.

Reported it to eBAY as well . . . plus sent a message saying that I wanted to inspect the trailer before bidding

Greenrig - when you contact eBay, give eBay YOUR listing/auction item #, which you should have from the email that eBay sent when you originally listed the item.

This way, they can compare & identify that this new listing is a scam.

this is one very good advantage to having a tight airstream community. if you think about it, the guy was close (by two days) to maybe getting a deposit or wire transfer. sort of amazing he even tried..how desparate.

Would it be better for the new owner to contact ebay so that they can verify it's not for sale?
