Trying to identify Year and model

I am looking at an airstream that is old and in need of restoration. She has great lines but needs a lot of work. I would like to know if anyone can identify the Year and model by the only numbers I can find. These numbers are located on a plate near the door.

07015. 1755 Main Street los angels California.

I am newly retired and am looking for something to restore. The owner has no information and I am not sure if I can handle this one but any information would help me in my decission

Trying to identify Year and model

I can't but ask if they have a title for it. No title, might be big hassle to deal with. Also look for VIN or serial number.

And welcome to airforums. A good group of enthusiasts.

I see you're a bit south of us we're upon the Darlington area.

This link is pretty informative regarding Airstream number designation:

I'm not savant enough to just know based on the info you provided but the airstream website has most, if not all, serial numbers listed.

If the serial number on the plate next to the door is really "O7015" then you have found an Ohio built 1955 26' Overlander.
