Hey Everyone!

Just bought a '72 Sovereign Land Yacht 31' yesterday and the Wally Byam number on it is 10645. Anyone have any information on who this may have belonged to or where it may have traveled?

Thanks in advance!

The trailer is flawless with exception of needing a polish, and what is most interesting is it has a large faded "50" for the old caravan number of the previous owner.
I am told that the owner passed away and my Father-in-law bought the trailer from the widow.

The trailer is over 300 miles away on some property and rarely moves so I do not have the serial number available.

Is there reference database to determine who member "50" was back in 1960?

Thank you!
Hi Simplyspent, I know this was posted a loooonnnnggg time ago and you have not been active on AirForums for a long time, but I just thought I'd revive this thread that I just found in case there was a chance to learn more about your Father-In-Laws old Overlander bearing #50. I have a reason to suspect that the trailer might be a late 1958 model. I'd love to see photos of it.

California made 1969 globetrotter 21’

Looking for help from a historian to get some owner/ location history of my California made ‘69 globetrotter 21’. It has some oil field gas company registration sticker in it like it was used as a rental home for oil workers at one time. The Wally number ghosted on it are 5109. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

That number shows in the directory, but it looks like the current member with that number only acquired it in 2020. Not likely the same people who had the number when your trailer was on the road.

Thanks Richard, I agree, that number was probably acquired by several members. I am mostly interested to see how long my AS lived on the West Coast before I purchased it from NC. The numbers ghosted to my AS seem to have been there for some time as it was never polished.

Thanks again for the quick look for me.
