Pre-Thor/Post-Thor Airstreams

The question was asked on the OpenRoads Forum--know some of you guys also visit there--about the quality of Airstream tt s and mh s before and after Thor.

Is it not true that Thor has owned Airstream for some 15-17 years and prior to that Beatrice Foods was the parent company?

Any information/opinions would be appreciated
