Just curious if anyone can get a rough estimate of what this trailer is. Saw it driving around last weekend on the way to Oklahoma. Property looked abandoned, thought it might be worth trying to track down it's owner. I'd love to find a smaller one like this to mod to my liking. Have a Casita now but we want something with a full time bed.
I looked at 100's of pics and the only thing I saw similar side window arrangement was a late 50's 18 footer.
arlon, Looks to me like a '66 to '68 globetrotter. If you look at the 5 segment end caps and the curved side windows it has to fall into those three years. Good luck, Ed

If it is a GlobeTrotter - which I think it is - you may want to keep on looking for that "full time bed". GlobeTrotters generally have two gauchos which are sofas by day, and beds by night. We had a GlobeTrotter for several years and loved it - however, making up/down the bed every night did get old on longer trips…and we travel now with two dogs and a cat. Great trailer for weekends-one week though - loved it!
Check this out for some pics of various models…good luck on your search!

I agree with Shari! The Globetrotter is not what you will want for a fulltime bed. Just not enough room in that small space to have a bed folded out all the time. Pass on this one and look for a front gaucho model or a newer model with a full bedroom with a full sized bed. Ed
