doesn't look like it attached. Can you "zip" and attach? Maybe that will work

If you have Windows 7 (maybe XP too) just right-click the file, choose ' send to' and compressed zip folder. It will put it into a zip file, then choose the paper clip icon in the top row of the message screen. Navigate to the file, select it, choose upload, close the window and publish the message.

I don't know anything about MACs but it's probably very different. Can you try just attaching the PPS file to your message again?

Sorry, still no attachment. I'm assuming you have the physical file on your computer? I wish I knew more about MACs. My old Apple //e is still in the closet but that's as far as I went with Apple products.

It is very easy.
You can right click on the file and select "compress" from the pop-up menu. This will generate a standard zip file.
If you don't have a two button mouse or your track pad is not setup for "right Clicks" just put your cursor on the file name, hold down the "control" key and click the mouse. Now select "compress" from the pop-up menu.
